Allowing Earth Energy to nurture, support & heal you
When I am at the ocean I feel peaceful, grounded, connected and so relaxed. I know I am not the only one…the waves, the sequence, the tides, the rhythm gives me a sense of structure and safety…
It makes things that seemed important before, things that are asking my intention, or cost me energy change to un-important. No priority and keeping me off track…
Really interesting, don’t you think?
Unconsciously the earth always supported me and aligned me back to my core being. Not once, but always…so what could this have been ?
Have you ever heard of the Schumann resonance and the heart beat of the earth? You can listen to it here…The Schumann resonance, it's called the heartbeat of mother earth by some and the earth’s vibration by others. It is actually a frequency. It’s the measurement of 7.83 Hz or the electromagnetic frequency of our planet, to be exact. This energy can increase or decrease at times, and many think it affects our consciousness. This vibration is considered the natural state of everything. Scientists have discovered that variations in the resonances correspond to changes in the seasons, solar activity, activity in Earth's magnetic environment, in water aerosols in the atmosphere, and other Earth-bound phenomena.
Cool right ?!?
So what if the earth has indeed healing capacities ? For free ? By simply just tuning in to it...or by allowing and receiving what the earth has to offer to us ?
The air and oxygen.
The soil and the food and vitamins and minerals.
The beauty and magnificence.
Before moving to Panama with my family 1,5 year ago my teeth were perfect and i had never any difficulties with them. Until after six months after emigrating. Cavities, cavities and more cavities. They say our teeth stand for making decisions or simply not making decisions. And for support, in what ever way possible. The first part of my move it was all about making decicions, in any way possible. Healed, shifted, changed that and my teeth were all fine and well.
The second part of my move was about support. And guess what...I found that not so easy and yep...the cavities begun again. They say as well that allowing support is connected to minerals (from the earth, right) and that those who's body is not being able to absorb minerals well, they have some challenges with support.
So this new blog is a reminder for you and as well for myself that support is always available.
But we should ask ourselves these questions;
Are we able to ask for support ?
Are we able to allow support ?
Are we able to receive support ?
Give this some food for thought and reach out for support!
